Introduction

If you are thinking about Yukon immigration to the Yukon, you should consider the Yukon Nominee Program (YNP).

The YNP speeds up the immigration process for your permanent resident card. It allows Yukon to nominate applicants who qualify under provincially established criteria for Permanent Resident Status.

Successful applicants will receive a Yukon Provincial Nomination Certificate, which will speed-up the Canada Immigration Permanent Resident card application process.

Individuals nominated by the Government of Yukon, together with their spouse/common-law partner and dependent children, can apply for a permanent resident card through CIC as a Provincial Nominee.

Under the YNP, these are the categories you can apply under:

  1. Skilled Worker Program
  2. Critical Impact Worker Program
  3. Business Program
